Staff were very friendly. Nothing was a problem. Having the pool to cool down on those hot days was an added bonus. Great location within walking distance to the hot artesian spas. I would definitely stay there again.

The laundry facilities were great. They had an easy to use electronic payment system for the washers and dryers that can sms you when your washing is almost finished. The reception was great with detergent, stubbie holders, Lightning Ridge monopoly etc. The cabin was wonderful and spacious. The swimming pool was fantastic, in the winter it is heated to 29 degrees Celsius. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

The cabin was very clean, everything was fully serviced- eg. Kitchen utensils, milk in fridge, bathroom shampoo conditioner & bath wash. The pillows needed to be renewed though. Very soft- not good.
