A lovely stay away from the craziness of the coast! The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we were invited to enjoy all the different rooms in the castle as we were shown round on our first day. Very peaceful, but also close enough for us to enjoy coastal beauty spots like Cinque Terre. One of our party had a birthday whilst we were there; the staff did their utmost to make the breakfast extra special. A very special BIG shout out for Roberta, along with Irina, Max and Matteo

Total surprise
Staying at the castle was a complete and wonderful surprise. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff is beyond exemplary. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. It doesn’t seem possible that such a wonderful place could be in the middle of nowhere, but it is true!

The Castello is a beautifully restored building, with very caring staff. If you are looking for a cooler, more remote, peaceful stay, this is perfect. Dinner was also very good.

nice museum stay max one night
Hotel itsself is very charming and beautiful. The reception lady has sown us around which is very good at our arrival.we like the paintings on the walls in each floor.Room is spacious and clean . Each room has its own name in stead of room number. We also like the long nice terrace and can see the nice view over mountain side. The only thing is you need a car to come here and there is not much restaurants and sightseeing within working distance.hotel restaurant looks very nice.we have ordered fish and veggies which was not very impressive. Breakfast was far more simple for the price paid in hotel. We can smell the beer on the hall which was a little unpleasant.

Unique experience
Very nice castle, spacious room, great way to spend your weekend! Many parking places to park free. Best option if you have a car and you don’t want to stay in La Spezia for some reason.

Gentile Edoardo,la sua recensione ci coglie con gran sorpresa.Abbiamo provato a ripercorrere il suo soggiorno per tentare di capirne la motivazione, se fosse in grado anche di argomentare il suo giudizio ci sarebbe di grande aiuto per capire dove poter migliorare.Come da sua prenotazione, crediamo bonariamente fatta per 2 persone, è stato predisposto il Luxury Apartment Family con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli per permettere al terzo ospite non incluso nella prenotazione ma apparso al momento del vostro arrivo di avere anch’esso una sistemazione.La quotazione della prenotazione tramite Expedia per 2 persone è stata ovviamente aggiornata al prezzo della camera occupata da 3 persone.E’ questo il motivo che la spinge a dire che il suo soggiorno qui da noi è stato pessimo?Certi di un Suo riscontro Le porgiamo i nostri piu’ cordiali saluti.Il Direttore

Accoglienza, ospitalità, servizi, pulizia assolutamente impeccabili. Un castello perfettamente ristrutturato con un mix impeccabile di buon gusto tra arredi di design contemporanei e la tradizione toscana. Personale gentilissimo e sempre presente al bisogno. Ristorante piacevole, con un menù ridotto, ma di buona qualità. Servizi veramente ottimi e qualità/prezzo assolutamente da tenere in condirazione.

Danke für diese schönen drei Tage im Castello. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Castello ist wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben dort am ersten Abend im Restaurant gegessen und es war sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mes 50 ans
Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel lors d’un séjour pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Il est situé au bord de la rivière et c’est très tranquille. Bonne literie mais par contre le jet de la douche n’a pas de puissance, la baignoire est étroite et la vitre sur la baignoire est tellement petite que l’on met de l’eau partout. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais pas varié, pas de fruits ni de bon pain.

Exceptionnel, même pour visiter les cinque terre
Cet hôtel tout récent (fin 2017) est une petite perle qui si il continue ainsi deviendra difficile à réserver tant il sera demandé. A 30-35min de la gare de La Spezia - point de départ des Cinque Terre, à un peu plus d'1h de Parme, au début de montagnes, la situation est déjà d'exception. Au calme, mais proche de tout. Service 4* qui se cherche encore, mais qui veut bien faire. Les suites sont très confortables - matelas un peu dur néanmoins - mais c'est un détail. L'hôtel dispose d'un bon restaurant pas encore sur Trip Advisor. Tendance gastro, mais doir aussi prendre ses marques.

Tout à été parfait. Le personnel, la chambre, les lieux décorés avec raffinement. Calme et beauté environnante, idéal pour se ressourcer. De plus on à un accès au Spa gratuitement. Je recommande vivement.
