"I drove in from California to pick up my wife from the airport. We were driving to Montana and the weather reports had changed to expectation of snow in Montana. So I called ahead and asked if I could leave my car at your hotel since we were staying there the night before my wife's return flight. I was told it would be fine with the $25 fee that was normal. I knew that policy is for people leaving their car to take a flight and return with in a week, but since we don't do things the usual way I was worried. So thank you for being flexible and accommodating us."

"We travel 5-6 times a year.. We were greeted by Nas, he provided the best check in experience I've had at any hotel. He was genuinely caring and kind, we were happy with the hotel within a minute of talking to him. He made sure we were taken care of and knew everything about the hotel. He asked what we were interested in and then drew a map showing the appetizers, drinks, hot cocoa, how to get to the spa from our room. I recently invited my back, so he switched our rooms and our us right next to the elevator so I wouldn't need to walk too far. The other staff were great too. We watched at 10pm as a little girl started crying when they ran out of hot cocoa and two employees jumped up and ran to take care of the her. The room was great, they are a nice size and a really comfortable space to be in. The hotel is clean and well cared for. Good parking, safe area, lots of restaurant options around. This hotel will be our first choice in Spokane/Spokane Valley moving forward."

It was all topped off by the amazing help we got from the Lost and Found department after we drove home and discovered we'd left our passports locked in the hotel room safe!"
