It’s was impossible to get anyone to do anything for you there. We booked reservations to the restaurants that were canceled or not put in the system. They offer canoes but they weren’t available for 4 days due to “maintenance”. Staff was courteous, smiled and said they would address our concerns ...

Water was visible. Front desk staff very rude. Lost power and water all day one day and power all day on another day. Air conditioner didn’t work and was told we could get another room so we went to the manager and he gave us a new room with working air. Shower was a very small trickle.
