Probably the Best shared living space hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, close to everything, cheap, and they even have a place upstairs to get massages after waking the city all day

Room was lovely & large, comfortable beds , only drawback was lack of place to put your clothes on or a place for your suitcase, bathroom also lacking hooks for hanging clothes/towel. Hotel was clean, and easily accessible.the watch person/staff member downstairs, was extremely helpful and professional, providing service with a smile. The only thing which spoilt the stay was the breakfast, very confusing, not organised, things in different places, variety of healthy savoury options limited, no halal options, hard to locate anything, small plates to add ur food , making it difficult especially as the small food locations scattered around, plus tiny glasses, needs reorganising big time/staff don’t understand when u ask basic question's around needing something

So, during the last visit, I took the opportunity to visit Thaipusam Day, which is a great multiday hindu celebration. A unique feature of this celebration is the carrying of so called kavadis, portable altar up to two meters tall, decorated with peacock feathers and attached to the devotee through 108 vels pierced into the skin on the chest and back
