「The room is clean and the service is good, but the hotel seems a little bit old-fashioned.」

「hard to find the location」

「Very pleasant stay. 」

「Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!」

「The building was neglected. The bathroom was very dirty. The staff hardly spoke, they just frowned.」

「Despite having completed the reservation and payment, I was not allowed to enter the hotel due to being a foreigner. I have not yet received a refund.」
