"The hotel is in the perfect location for a stay in Carcassonne. Rooms are spotlessly clean, bathroom is modern with great shower. We were able to see the castle from our bedroom window, a stunning view. We had breakfast in the hotel every day. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the road where the hotel is. Lovely relaxing garden at the back. 10/10 will definitely stay here again. "

Staff were generally good but ordered a cab to the train station and the receptionist ordered it from the station to the hotel instead. If not for the cab driver making contact we would have missed our connecting train. "
