「The staff was attentive and polite. Genuinely the best hotel experience I have ever had and it is by far the best rooms best food and friendliest staff in Bay Bay City. A great breakfast a wonderful atmosphere When I come back to Bay Bay I will 100% be staying here no questions. 」

「The room is clean and spacious for 2 people. There is a bit of issue in the bathroom but the staff came in to take care of it and the WiFi is good also. I like that there is a jug of water by the hallway where you can get hot or cold water. One thing I would like to improve is that it would be nice if there is a floor bath towel to avoid the floor being so wet. Thank you」

「Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation.」

「Even though there was a secret switch, you have to push to make the AC work. We called and called the front desk, but nobody actually came to fix it until about 7 PM so they let us suffer for five hours with no AC. 」
