"Central location to the McArthur Landing memorial and the grounds are well maintained. Staff speaks English very well and are all very helpful and attentive. My only complaints are that the shower didn’t drain properly and the calamari was overly cooked. Other than that, we would absolutely return."

"We were treated like VIP. Excellent Staff. Highly recommend. Only thing is the room are a bit on the small size but you dont book that type of place to stay in the room. Some places don't just take your breath away — they give it back to you, slower, deeper, better. 🌊 Blue Deep Resort in Padre Burgos, Southern Leyte is one of those places. The water here is so impossibly clear that you can look straight down from the surface and watch the coral gardens below — no mask, no fins, just pure liquid glass between you and another world. "My only complaint is that there was a party on the second floor that migrated to the third. My friend had to go out in the hall and ask the partiers to keep it quiet. When we checked out, I told the manager about it. She was understanding but noted that that other group had a reservation, too. I reminded the manager that other guests have to respect their neighbors who may be trying to sleep. She said that she would make a not of it. While the manager was pleasant enough and seemed concerned, I don’t think that she understood the gravity of my concern."
