「Problem with invoicing」

「My family has taken several trips to Calvert county, but this is the first we've stayed at this hotel. This was, by far, my favorite place to stay. The breakfast is awesome, and my kids loved the indoor pool. The room was nice. The plants in the lobby and pool room are gorgeous. The hotel is in a perfect central location. Every staff member I dealt with was super nice.」

「our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. 「The property was clean but older and more run town than pictures showed. The sliding glass door to the deck attached to the room was broken. The lock was missing so they had a piece of wood to use to keep it locked. The coffee maker was missing from our room even though all the coffee items were provided. 」

「Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back. I then called them and...

「The room is clean and well-maintained. The shower has an opposite hot/cold dial adjustment. However, there is no welcome water available in the lobby or kitchen areas. When I requested hot water, the staff on duty was hesitant and slow to assist me, showing a lack of prompt service.」
