「The rooms were not cleaned we had room 140 and 141. When we went to the desk to speak with someone there was no one around. I tried calling and simply got voicemail. There was no toilet paper, hair in the bathtub and a dirty towel in the bathroom. The other room was dirty and still had other peoples clothes in the room. I called this afternoon and the owner said he would not refund because they stayed all night. I said what else could they do no one was responding. I paid for the insurance...
「Had an issue with our room. The staff was fantastic and moved us. They moved all our stuff to the new room while we were out. When they missed one of my daughter stuffed animals they went back and found it. Breakfast buffet was 3 out of 5. Some options but poor quality. Staff was very friendly so that made up for some of the areas that were lacking.」
