"Staff was not friendly. The room was in disrepair - tiles loose on bathroom wall, shower curtain rod pulled loose from wall and barely hanging on, TP holder broken, wooden pieces that were supposed to cover the A/C drain knocked down and lying on the floor, security bar on door ripped off, etc. The pool was understandably closed in since it is March. The breakfast was pitiful - only powdered coffee creamer and no sweetener options except sugar - both in dirty multiuse containers. The muffins were dry and gross. "

"Property is on Hotel plaza surrounded by several others. Clean room, bed not awful and it was mostly quite which is what I needed for my stay. The weather changed from 80 to 34 and there was plenty of hot water for the morning shower. I would stay again. "

"On hotels.com this hotel listed inside pool as one of the amenities but it was closed for a long time (without a planned date of reopeniing). If i had known this i could have picked a different option for less money"

"There were plenty of shops nearby and walkable food places nearby. The staff was amazing and the suite had a kitchen with everything you’d need for a stay. 10/10. Definitely would recommend! Will be staying again next time we come down. "
