「The carpet is stained and they don't have any shower caps available even at the front desk. Parts of the outside building are rotting off. Maybe I had too high expectations but if you're going to charge me a cleaning fee for my dog the carpet should be clean when I get in there.」

「Room was spacious. Had 3 beds. Price was good. Microwave and refrigerator in the room weren’t working. Hallways dirty. Staff was slow and inattentive. Felt inconvenienced when asked to make coffee that was empty at 7am. Breakfast wasn’t great either.」

「I've stayed here numerous times, and never been dissatisfied. The hotel overlooks the Snake River and mooring docks for one of the major river cruise lines. Very interesting. No significant negatives. I would note that the bathrooms are small.」

「The very first words out of their mouth was that the room’s had been newly remodeled, so my expectations were high. that was when I went to take a shower. I went to prop my leg up on the corner of the tub\shower and slipped and fell backwards out of the tub\shower onto the floor just missing the toilet from smashing the back of my head. Maybe the money spent on the hairdryer and the iron for some NON-SLIP STRIPS for the tub and maybe a GRAB BAR OR TWO. There could have been a death that night....

「Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face.
