「Bathroom had poo in the toilet and the bed was slept in. The rest of the room looked clean. Staff moved us to another room with stained chair and nasty remote and hairballs on carpet. We were part of a large group and no one else experienced the gross stuff. Rest of the Property was clean and continental breakfast was nice.」

「First off when asking for towels for our room they gave us ones for the pool area. Second of all there is no quite time so neighbors were extremely rude and hanging outside our door. Park was ok. Room was clean when we arrived but there was a really bad smell in the room to where we had to use air freshener to lesson it」

「At check in I let them know that I had paid for the upgrade room with the couch. They stated that they don’t have those rooms so I asked for a fold away bed, they said they didn’t have those either. They said they would give me extra blankets so one of us could sleep on the floor. I explained that all 3 of us were disabled and we were not sleeping on the floor! They did not offer any money back or accommodations. No elevator was on site so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and saw blood...

「The complimentary breakfast was not great, the fruit looked dated the waffle mix was out, the milk for the cereal was in a pitcher sitting on the counter not chilled and the bread items felt a bit stale they had gravy for the biscuits but it was served in a crock pot that looked like it was just put back in the fridge each day and reheated over and over . I did like that they had small containers of yogurt that were chilled and they did have a good selection of waffle toppings had there been mix...

「You get for what you pay for. There is a ton of room but the sheets looked like they weren’t changed and had a ton of weird stains on the carpet and the furniture.」

「The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful.」
