「Maybe we got one of the dirtiest rooms in the hotel. The first thing we noticed was the office style chair that was a mess. The vinyl was peeling away from the back and the seat. Then we noticed the terribly stained floor. Then when we wanted to watch tv we couldn’t find the typical channels we like so we called the front desk. 「My review would be better if it pertained to the actual building but upon check-in, we discovered that the building was owned by the hotel across the large parking lot and all interactions with humans had to be done at that location. So we had to go across the large parking lot to check in, had to go across the large parking lot for our "free" (actually discounted) meal at their expensive restaurant with a very limited menu. As for the actual building, it felt old but clean. There was no staff...

「We checked in and had an early departure the next day. In the middle of the night someone came into our room and were as surprised as we were. When I checked out the next morning, the front desk said that we were given the wrong room and that it was noted in their system that it wasn't clean. Although the beds appeared to be made, we don't know if the room had been cleaned or not.」

「Bathroom had poo in the toilet and the bed was slept in. The rest of the room looked clean. Staff moved us to another room with stained chair and nasty remote and hairballs on carpet. We were part of a large group and no one else experienced the gross stuff. Rest of the Property was clean and continental breakfast was nice.」
