「Very nice, clean and attentive staff. The towels were nice and fluffy. The breakfast didn’t have waffles, scrambled eggs or sausage. But it had meets and cheeses. The only complaint was a squeak. I didn’t bring it to their attention because my hearing is bad, just take out my hearing aids at night, and I couldn’t hear it. And I didn’t want to move rooms. I did bring it to their attention upon leaving, and I hope it’s fixed for the next guest.」

「Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. I requested a refund through Expedia and was told that the Westin management declined the waiver. Very unsatisfied and will never stay here again during the summer months. 「I stay here 3 day 2 night. First was starting great front desk was nice, in the morning I was pumping , the door was open from the cleaner, ask are you leaving??? But that is very I'm professional and no privacy. How can you open the door, but 2nd morning they do the same thing again. I don't think it is okay. This really need to change it. The 2nd day end up they didn't clean the room or provided any thing change , I was trying to request in the front desk. It takes me to call them and wait...

「I've stayed here several times....stayed over the 4th of July weekend and NJ had a storm and knocked the lights out at the hotel. I was gonna ask for a full refund but I asked for a day and never heard nothing....NEVER AGAIN!!!」

「The room was clean,updated and very accommodating (king suite) with all the amenities needed for an extended stay .Check in was super easy and staff was very friendly .the only 2 things I was concerned about was that the breakfast ended at 9 ,most are til 10 so it didn’t give you a lot of time .the second d was the pricing .Due to storms ,there was a huge power outage and the majority of the guests were local ,and the prices were higher than normal which never seems fair .we paid almost 50.00...
