「Power down in area due to mini tornado in area. Power was lost in most of area. Called Hampton in direct line 6-8 times but call did not go through. Called my daughter who lives 1 mile from property and they had trees down and no power. I have health issues and walk with walker, so I called Troy Hotel in Parsippany, They had power so I rebooked with them. HAMPTON INN/HILTON refused Expedia request for refund credit Very Unhappy Camper」

「My wife and I stumbled upon this hotel when we lost power at home and really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the amenities at the hotel, including the gym and the free continental breakfast. 「Clean and spacious room. Overall a decent hotel. Breakfast is also acceptable. My only dissatisfaction was that I was placed on first-floor. The window faced the parking lot, which made me feel a bit exposed despite having the curtains closed.」
