「This is an economical/practical place to stay... more like a college dorm residence than a conventional hotel that a business traveler or tourist might expect. 「I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. 」

「DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. 」

「Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the home could use some improvement in cleanliness. There was also an issue with the entry code at check-in, though it was resolved quickly. While the stay was decent, it didn’t fully meet expectations.」
