「Amazing staff and quaint little property!! Absolutely enjoyed our stay 」

「To keep it short and simple, this place is absolutely awful. Our room was filthy, with hair and crumbs everywhere. Our bed has BED BUGS and my kids and I got bit multiple times. The property is outdated and lacking extreme maintenance. Do not, under any circumstance stay here. Not sure why it has any good reviews. Still waiting to hear from property manager for refund. I am so unbelievably disgusted and frustrated. I have spent 3 days cleaning and disinfecting our belongings, hoping we didn’t...

「Some exterior doors did not work and there were a smell in some elevators and hallways at times. The property is a little older and needs some updates and better water pressure. Overall, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was pretty good, and we enjoyed our stay! I loved that there were so many elevators at this property. 」

「Clean, comfortable bed, quiet room, shower worked well but lukewarm at 8 pm? Breakfast has good variety. Recommend adding bottled water to guest rooms. Coffee and water in lobby all day, overall good stay.」

「This stay was horrible. The entire building was rough looking. The AC wasn’t working properly. The tv remote was missing and was replaced with a remote that didn’t even work. Our room was never cleaned. The front desk never answered the phone when I’d call. The man who checked us in was rude and inconsiderate. My 4 year old son was playing with my friend and the attendant said “what’s wrong with him” as if my child, being a child, was defected. 」
