Nous n’avons pas pu séjourner à l’hôtel car il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible, malgré notre réservation faite auprès de Hitels.com Nous avisons fait 2h de route pour rien et avons du rentrer et passer le réveillon à la maison. Le responsable de l’hôtel a envoyé 2 e mails à Expédia ( car il n’avait pas mis coordonnées) pour avertir que la réservation n’était pas confirmée… Mais Expédia ne nous a pas averti. Nous allons donc faire une réclamation pour le remboursement de la chambre et des dommages et intérêts

chauffage beaucoup trop chaud . A la salle de bains , on n arrivait a peine a rester pieds nus, sur le carrelage, juste pour se laver les dents, on devait mettre un linge sous les pieds… Presque dangereux avec des petits enfants !

Struttura davvero vecchissima! Camera fatiscente ma spaziosa. Docce incrostate. In compenso, ottima vista! L'albergo ha un parcheggio privato (a pagamento) e dista 5 minuti di auto dal centro. C'è un servizio navetta a richiesta, ma solo fino alle 16. Si potrebbe andare a piedi ma la via è poco illuminata. Servizi pressochè inesistenti, alla reception alle 20 non c'è più nessuno! L'albergo è dotato di terme, ma nei 3 giorni del mio soggiorno non erano accessibili. Il secondo giorno l'albergo ci ha fornito un voucher per le terme comunali (gesto molto apprezzato!). Colazione pessima, buone solo il pane e le marmellate fatte in casa e il prezzo (che cmq è 15 euro per un buffet molto piccolo). Al momento del check-out ci è stato fatto un conto sbagliato, che è stato ovviamente corretto dopo nostra segnalazione dell'errore.

Die Sauna und Parkplätze waren zusätzlich kostenpflichtig. Das Zimmer hatte zwar eine Küche, aber nur zwei Gläser aus einem Nachbarhotel. Es gab keine Teekocher oder andere Untensilien. Der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer war schwach und das warme Wasser nur lauwarm. Zu allem Überfluss war das Hallenbad geschlossen, und das Ausenbad war nicht in einem gutem Zustand. Das Wasser war trüb und grün.

In diesem Vintage-Hotel kommt man zur Ruhe und kann Kraft tanken. Daus außergewöhnliche Indoor-Thermalbad inkl. Jakuzzi ist sehr großzügig und wird mit 51°C warmen Wasser gespeist. Die zubuchbaren Massagen werden mit ausführlichen Vorgespräch sehr einfühlsam von einer hochqualifizierten Therapeutin ausgeführt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schade nicht wie Erwartet

Zimmer sehr Renovierungsbedürftig 70 er Stil . Kein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher obwohl es beschrieben wurde .Bar betrieb sehr redselige Dame .Wellnes Bereich muss dringend saniert werden Aussenpool war nicht in Betrieb .Schade und ich hatte vor Reise telefoniert und nachgefragt niemand sagte und sei nicht in Betrieb .Leider war es nicht so wie Fotos vom Hotel .Frühstück muss ich sagen sehr schade wirklich Tisch Frühstück als Paar 4 kleine Käse Scheiben und 4 Schinken und sonst nichts keine Auswahl auf Anfrage sagte man uns sei keine Salami Rohschinken mehr da auch keine Käse Auswahl so schade und das zum Feiertag .Abend essen hingegen super Küche Bravo Küche grosses Lob Küche .Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt nicht frisch gemacht kamen ausreden schade weil Personal ist nett .Wir waren leider etwas enttäuscht abgereist .
