「Very good, beautiful location and very helpful owners. There is a small hill down to the property where there is ample parking but if the road had been snowy/icy we were advised to leave the car up the hill, a short walk away. But also bring chains just in case! Being able to ski to and from a nearby car park would be good for those there for a longer stay...we got passes at the main car park each day due to weather uncertainty. If Cervinia and/or Zermatt are closed, and you don't fancy driving...
