「We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view. Some tips: there is no elevator and no dedicated parking place.」

「I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. 」

「The apartment is great but getting back to apartment is a long walk with stairs, not easy for old age. Otherwise，everything is great and comfortable. 」

「Amazing stay with a perfect view of rhe matterhorn.」

「1. 住宿距離車站走路約7分鐘。我們訂的是Dom的房間。有兩間兩人房，一間是一大床+淋浴間，一間是兩張單人床，空間比一大床的小一點，但兩間房都有陽台。另外還有一間有淋浴和浴缸合一的浴室，都提供有便攜式的沐浴用品和很好吹的吹風機以及毛巾和浴巾。住宿環境很舒服，廚房也什麼都有（有冰箱），而且提供有策馬特的購物袋、明信片、巧克力可當禮物帶走。提供有桌遊和DVD，電視可登入Netflix。雖然沒有空調但是早晚真的很涼爽。 2. 很推薦入住。但有幾項要注意 1）飯店沒有當地才付款的選項，預訂後一個月內必須刷卡付款 2）入住前飯店會確認抵達的時間以及住宿人的基本資料要填寫 3）飯店要求離開前要將垃圾分類和自己拿去垃圾回收處丟棄。一般垃圾要使用橘色垃圾袋，飯店有提供一個在廚房水槽下面，如果需要更多要去超市或者跟飯店購買 4）廚房碗盤使用前務必自己清洗過再使用 5）沐浴用品不太會起泡，不習慣的人建議自己帶 3.建議如果飯店可以增加回收或丟一般垃圾的垃圾桶，讓住宿的人負責分類垃圾，然後飯店清掃的人再處理丟棄，這樣會更好。」

「房間乾淨舒適，空間足夠，有小客廳且有廚房可以煮東西。距離策馬特火車站有點遠，但離冰河天堂的纜車站很近。」

「It’s really good experience. Nice location, very near to Matterhorn Express. Here is free shuttle bus to train station. Near to grocery shop. Full kitchen wears. Good size of rooms. 」

「Room is closed to the stations, with a nice balcony. The room is smaller than I expected but has all we need. We cooked with no problem. The shampoo and shower gels that’s provided is organic and we love it. Tonia was very helpful showing us all info we needed. The only thing a little bother was the beds with wheels which easily slipped away. But overall we enjoyed our time there. 」

「お部屋が広くてとにかくびっくりしました。ベランダに出ると目の前にマッターホルンが見えます。観光せず、ずっとホテルにいたい気分になるほどでした笑」

「去了很多次歐洲，這間民宿是目前為止，我住過最好的民宿。太優秀了。房間所有東西都很整潔，而且物品齊全，需要的東西都有。佈置令人感覺有家的感受。由於地理位置高，坐在陽台就可以欣賞馬特洪峰。飯佔離火車站有些距離，但可以經由登山䌫車旁邊，小路的電梯前往，再走5分鐘就到。這間飯店太好了，價格合理。有機會要再住」

「We had a good stay at this property. The management's communication was excellent, with very fast and clear responses that made our entire trip smooth and stress-free. The place looks exactly like the photos—no surprises, which is always a huge relief. We found the space to be perfectly suited for our family of three and could easily accommodate four.
