"Our family had an amazing stay at Sonesta Resort! Everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their genuine kindness and outstanding customer service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and always willing to help.
Check-in was quick and effortless, taking only about five minutes because we had completed the online check-in before arriving at the resort. It made the arrival process smooth and allowed us to start enjoying our vacation right away.
We traveled with our teenagers, and they had an incredible time. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, making this a truly family-friendly resort for guests of all ages.
We booked the all-inclusive package, and we were genuinely amazed that it was truly all-inclusive. There were no surprises, and the value was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, with several restaurants to choose from, each offering something unique. However, the buffet was by far our favorite. It had an unbelievable variety of fresh, high-quality food—far more than anyone could imagine finding at a buffet. There was something for every taste, and every meal was a wonderful experience.
