"Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. "I truly enjoyed my stay at the Windward. It is close to EVERYTHING, and it’s within walking distance. Coki Beach is about a 20min drive, the Airport is 8 minutes away. There’s multiple shops, night club, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. All The staff were amazing from check in to check out. Extremely helpful with getting extra linen, suggesting spots that we could visit, and securing transportation for the beach. Melvin who’s the bartender showed us terrific hospitality. I would for sure stay here again and would recommend to anyone who is visiting St. Thomas."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT STAY HERE! I would give this resort 0 stars if I could. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The towels had holes in them, and the bed sheets and pillowcases smelled terrible. The odor throughout the room was so bad that it made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The final straw was when the front desk called a cab for us and provided the driver with the wrong ferry destination. As a result, we missed our ferry and lost money in ferry costs, plus for the cab ride. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they refused to take any responsibility, even though their front desk arranged the transportation and gave the incorrect information. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to address a mistake that cost us both time and money made this one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I will be pursuing this matter further and would not recommend this resort to anyone."

"Worst experience with WIFI. Even the staff agreed. Playing movies near the pool area was very loud. This is suppose to be a resort where people come to relax. This is not some cruise ship. Stayed at this property atleast a dozen times. I don't think I will again. The rooms are really nice. Clean and well maintained. Area is very secure"

"Unfortunately this property had the sargassum working against it, while we were there. We were looking forward to beach front property but the seaweed was bad. However the staff did give us warning and offered to shuttle us to other beaches. I think if we visited at a different time of year it was have been wonderful. The food was good, drinks were delicious and bartenders were AMAZING! The pool was clean and the perfect temp! The room was not as advertised, but it was decent with a great AC and balcony. We did 3 stars because on the last night we found used hair ties under our pillows that were definitely not ours."

"I had a great experience at Margaritaville. The vibes was fun, relaxing, and exactly what I was looking for. The food and drinks were very good, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and were always happy to help. Their warm and human approach made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 4⭐️"

"Great resort. The staff was very helpful scheduling activities & transportation anywhere on the island. The food at the resort was very good. Shashria at the front desk was the absolute best & made our trip unforgettable. This was our 20 year wedding anniversary trip & could not have been better. We will definitely be back again. Also we used Calvin as our driver most places & he was very accommodating & was always available"
