Arrival wasn’t super friendly, no help with bags getting out car. Room constantly had a feint smell of cigarettes on bed sheets too.
Staff didn’t ever acknowledge you on entry or exit of hotel even when struggling with taxis.
Guy sleeping outside our elevator on 12th floor inside hotel was quite the jump scare and not expected in a hotel of this standard
