"Great stay and amazing service! I really enjoyed my stay. The two things I'll say for improvement: One, they need chairs with BACKS, not just stools. Two, in my room, there was a white box on the wall (maybe 20 x 30 cm big) that was actually letting in cold air from outside. The concierge and I had no idea what it was or how to stop it so we just stuffed it with a towel. It was 0° outside so it was a problem. "

"It was a great stay, the only thing that was disaapointing is that our room wasn’t ready by the checkin time :/. However, the staff was very friendly, the location was great, it’s super eco friendly, it’s pet friendly and offers late checkout.
