"It was perfect for a solo business traveller"

"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"Wonderfully quaint B&B in and old mill. Our room was right up in the roof space. Might not be suitabe for some as the stairs are very steep and windy, and our room had two low beams at face height, but it certainly had character and charm."

"Martine was very welcoming and we had a lovely overnight stay at her B&B which had everything we needed. Mons itself had plenty to offer and I’m sure is beautiful most of the time unfortunately they were doing some serious maintenance while we were there and there was lots of the roads dug up. "

"Clean room, staff friendly, great amenities,the bed was super comfortable, just little advise; i didn't see phone in the room to call the receptionist to ask to use the WI-FI if available should be presented either at the check-in or in the room But overall deserves 5 star from me,i would stay again without doubt "

"The room was comfortable and the grounds were very pleasant. The walls are thin so we could hear a lot of noise from the children in the next room one night. We had an enjoyable meal on New Year's Eve but we were not told until the day that everything would be closed (apart from breakfast) on New years day! We had the most heavenly massage, really recommended. We loved the animals and the 'farm to fork' ethos and local produce. "

"staying at Maison D’eclaibes was the most memorable stay of our two week trip to Europe. My favorite quiet environment in the countryside. The host listened to my limited English conversation. And for my wife love of boiled beans. And the next morning it came out for breakfast. Please continue staying at this inn forever. If possible, i would like to visit again someday. Thank you so much."

"Ok, given that it was ”cheap” (would you consider 104€ for 1 night, 2 breakfasts and 2 dogs in November cheap?) guess it was ok. At least it was relatively clean, apart from mold in the shower. Other than that it was far from photos on the Hotels.com website. Cold & OLD"

"Sceptical when I heard "Manoir" was expecting something old. It is up to date, clean, very spacious. The free parking was a must because we got there by car. Early check-in I think it was at 10 am but was ok for us because we where going to Brussels for a day. We enjoyed the pool which was a Must. Overall we liked our stay there even though it was just for a night."
