When we first arrived they assigned us to dirty rooms, one had a broken bathroom door and the other had a disgusting smell. After we complained we got new rooms where one of them shared a door with the room next to it, the guest in the other room were playing really loud music and shouting all night. We tried to get help from the staff twice, they called them the first time but that didnt help so we complained again and the staff told us that they couldnt do anything about the loud noise at night.

Breakfast was more than expected and can be rated as 3.5* but all the rest can be rated as good 3*. Location is very central and convenient for new comers and travellers in air transit to and from CRL airport. I used shuttle A1, it operates almost in front of the hotel. Only thing that was not good was that they turned off heating from midnight until morning.

I'm a regular user of IBIS hotels and as you can see from previous reviews i love the hotel chain. Charleroi is just ok, reception not friendly on arrival and the hotel is tired. Breakfast was ok though and i would have given a better rating, unfortunately i was in 303 and woke up in the morning to see a blood filled bed bug!!

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Rooms a little dated, and air conditioning wasn't working effectively, but a desk fan was left in the room to help. The service was very friendly, very helpful and accommodating for the purpose of my trip. The hotel was located very conveniently for the railway station. I would stay here again.
