"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the staff were generally friendly, and the hotel itself met our expectations. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. I arrived at 9:30 a.m., well within the advertised breakfast hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., yet the main hot items—sausages, baked beans, and scrambled eggs—were all empty. We had to wait about 20 minutes before they were replenished, which was frustrating considering breakfast service was supposed to be fully available. I spoke with the front desk, and the receptionist acknowledged the inconvenience and agreed to refund $20 for the paid breakfast. Unfortunately, when I checked out, I noticed the $20 had been charged back, so the promised refund was not honored. Aside from the breakfast issue and the unresolved refund, everything else about our stay was good. I hope the hotel improves its breakfast replenishment and ensures that agreed-upon compensation is properly processed."

"We had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The location is fantastic—right across from grocery stores and the subway, which made getting around incredibly easy. The entire place felt quite clean, and the included breakfast was a wonderful bonus. Our room was on the second floor, and since the building doesn't have an elevator, carrying our luggage up the stairs was a bit of a challenge. It's just something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags or mobility needs. We also ran into a few minor issues in the room: there was no shampoo in the shower, the refrigerator was quite noisy at night, and we found some leftover food from a previous guest inside it. However, what really impressed me was the customer service. When I mentioned these things to the reception desk the next morning, they were incredibly nice and professional, offering a partial refund as compensation for the inconvenience. Because of their excellent service and the great location, I would still recommend staying here—though I might request a ground-floor room next time!"

"The hotel was good but everything closed at 11 on Friday night so was stuck eat pizza. The hotel information say there r a lot of restaurants around that’s why I booked it so me and daughter could have a late dinner"
