「The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !」

「Spent one night here as a solo traveller. I was expecting a basic room, which would have been fine. But, I do expect the amenities to work. The shower head wouldn’t stay up and as the cubicle was so small it was also impossible to shower especially as I kept burning my arm on the shower mains due to the size. 「We loved being able to have a view of the Lake from our room. The check-in staff was so friendly and enthusiastic, great energy! We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed.
