"This hotel is exceptional, the rooms, staff and location are all fantastic. A really warm friendly feeling from our check in all the way through our stay. Next to the lifts and slopes and what an incredible view from our balcony"

"Horrible place to stay. Could not sleep 1 single night. Very loud and walls have no isolations you can hear every door in thewhole building. Crappie beds and poor cleaning. We only get our room cleaned 1 and that was after we asked. No clean towels, no place to sit in your room. No table. Elevator ( tiny for 4 people) was broken and our room was in the fifth floor. .. Poor breakfast as well. Stay away from this place!"

"The views from the hotel were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the pistes in Les Bergers were excellent. The only couple of negatives were the room cleaning (timing of cleaning and inconsistent of refreshment replenishment) and the 20 Euro charge of 1 hour spa usage for hotel guests."
