Found this place at the last minute in anticipation of the heat wave in Paris. We lucked out that it was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. It was great to come back to a room nice and cool after enduring the heat wave that hit Paris during our trip. There were so many food places with locals frequenting that you knew this wasn't another area that is a tourist trap. Be aware that on Fridays/Saturdays there are many nightclubs nearby, so there will club goers partying. The room we stay in did have really good sound proofing, so it wasn't really noticeable. Great place to stay in the Pigalle area. Close enough to Montmartre to walk to. Fantastic madeleine bakery shop a couple of doors down from it. Literally a hole in the wall where they sell freshly baked madeleines. We would stay here again for sure.

For a 4 star hotel I expected at least some body lotion and hair conditioner. Otherwise the room was fine.

We really liked the location, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The main drawback was that the rooms were quite small and lacked some basic amenities. The bathroom did not include shampoo or conditioner, and there was no iron available in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but a few additional amenities would have made the experience much more comfortable.

They gave me a room with broken A/C. I brought it up after check in and they said they could give me a fan (Paris gets HOT in the summer) . It was a miserable stay and the staff was extremely unhelpful.

"This was the cleanest hotel that I have ever been. The location is perfect for travelers, 25-30 minutes away to all type of attractions. The neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants. The beds are very comfy. It was a an excellent experience."
