"This is a property that tries very hard to provide a quality experience, and they add a number of small touches, like homemade cookies in the lobby, and a white noise machine in the room. The room itself was pleasant—the bed sheets were extraordinary, but the mattress was very much on the firm side (more to my wife’s liking than to mine).
