「We cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the minute. We walked in till the minute we left. The room was incredible. The grounds were breathtaking. Dinner was exceptional every night. This was our favorite part of our trip so far if you are going to be traveling to Lake Gorda make this year destination. 「The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. 「Just come back from a lovely stay, beautiful views and very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very spacious, comfy and clean. The sauna was great with a fantastic view, the hot tub unfortunately was too cold for us but they did explain they had some faults. The staff were really good at responding to any questions. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious.
