「I recently stayed at this property and overall I really enjoyed my stay. The place was comfortable and I would definitely come back again. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The main problem was the lack of proper kitchen equipment. There were not enough pots and pans provided, which made it difficult to cook meals during the stay. 「Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.」
