「The rooms on the property are tiny, they look bigger in the pictures! The rooms are dated & dirty. I'm not sure we were actually clean after getting showered. The floor was gritty under foot and there were other people's hair all over the bathroom floor. There were a lot of mixed messages as well. When booking its advised that you can check in from 3 but check in forms we received implied you can't check in before 5. Breakfast was another mix of messages with staff not being clear either....

「The place feels more like a halfway house than a hotel. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom, room is tiny, bed is absolutely awful. Check on was basic and the whole thing feels poorly handled. Stay elsewhere if you can, the only plus is it’s near the station, but yeah, it’s a dump. 」

「We stayed 2 nights in a suite. The room was delightful and we slept very well. Dinner both nights was outstanding and we wished we could have stayed longer to try out more of the menu ! Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and also delicious. Would definitely return. 」

「We only booked because we wanted to be close to a restaurant we were going to. This meant we didn’t take advantage of restaurant, pool or gym. Parking is free but you have to drive around the town until you find a space so not ideal. The rooms are also spread out over three separate buildings. We were over the road from reception but if you need anything, the very friendly staff bring it over to you.little tip Bring your own tea & coffee. Shower door handle loose, rain shower head broken and sprayed everywhere. Cracked tiles on the step to the bathroom. Stain on carpet under desk, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like a mattress that most would throw out.
