「Newer property, clean, good location. Unfortunately most guests are construction crew for highway repairs working late shifts. Woken up at 4:15 each morning by large trucks backing into spots with safety horns beeping. Woken up again at 6am by day shift cranking large trucks and letting them warm up for 15 minutes. Talked to front desk asking if they could ask crew to not back into spaces and they said NO. 」

「Must day was brief; however, the one night I was there was very pleasant. I left before breakfast was served at 6 AM. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful.」

「Hotel room needed some work. Bathroom was dated with stained and peeling wallpaper, hall and stairs carpet needed to be vacuumed. Actual room was okay, excluding the bathroom. 」

「Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. 」

「We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All the staff was very friendly and really focused on our needs. It truly seemed like their goal was to make us happy and our stay memorable. Our room was spacious and clean. The following morning we had a hearty and delicious breakfast with home cooked favorites such as scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and many more. All in all a very nice stay.」

「Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!」

「Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. 」
