We were going to use the extra blanket provided in the closet. After removing the wrapping to blanket, we found clumps of human hair. Our original reservation was 2 nights, but we left a day early due to being tired from the previous night. Upon checkout, staff were notified about our room issues. They were very polite during this visit."
