all was very good, except for the showers they need a curtain to stop water getting every were and was not possible to move the shower up as it was locked tight, and my husband is 6ft tall so was hard for him. but we will go back

Hotel is in a fantastic position, you don't have to,leave the street to eat, think the pool needs a bit of refurbishment as seemingly a few sharp tiles where people were cutting themselves.

The property location suited us as we had access to the types of shopping we prefer within walking distance. The area was quiet and local transport was readily available.

A fabulous location and a fabulous place for a three star $30 per night hotel. The upsides: the price, the staff, the pools, the beds, the location. The downsides: the bathroom IS the shower (the will bathroom gets wet), the included breakfast is average at best. I will be staying again and taking my family next time!

It’s old but quiet and comfortable. Lots of complaints on various websites but all good for me. Low cost for great location. Family owned so good to support local economy rather than huge multi nationals eating up this area

the property is great right in the heart of legian shopping district and not far from the beach its where you want to be if you like shopping just needs a little updating but value for money and an excellent venue to put you head down

Needs a lot of maintenance plumbing desperately needs upgrading could be a lot cleaner breakfast was mainly toast which I could have at home everyday

This hotel was nothing like advertised, the room was disgusting and full of mozzies. No fridge and old bedding. After checkin i went to go for a swim to be told the washing machine was broken so there was no towels for the pool available and no idea when they would have some. The grounds were not very clean and there was awful smell in the air. After 25 trips to Bali and 23 hotels i stayed no longer than an hour lost my money as no one would refund it and went back to another 3 star that was same price but much better value for money and service.

This place is truly awesome for that person that doesn't want to spend all their money on accommodation, the rooms are clean but very outdated ans are in desperate need of renovation, staff are awesome, everything about this place including location is stop on except it need updating, I will stay here every time

Nice hotel,about 1-2 mins away from beach, yes hotel is a little dated however rooms were clean and very tidy, suited our family just fine. Staff excellent, will recommend to others if comments taken on board and will return back when travel to Legian.

fantastic pool
I have stayed here before and probably will again. Pool is fantastic, large and clean unfortunately can't say the same about the rooms, other than making the bed, I sometimes wondered if they had been at all. In saying that on the second last day has a different cleaner and for MY first time in 19 yrs of going to Bali, I had an animal made out of the towels. Could not ask for a better location, near everything but set back in lovely gardens

Looks way better better in the poctures, old run down, horrible breakfast, no fridge or hair dryer. Dark and staff weren’t helpful when questioning room facilities. Lines was old with stain and actually ended up staying somewhere else

I would not stay there again my first room had no fridge witch is a standard room I asked for a fridge so I had to upgrade to a deluxe room which was $20 extra a night.I said ok then the room l was put into had no air conditioner I was then moove to another room.on the second night l could not access the bathroom as the lock was broken l was told that l could use the bathroom 2 doors down from my room and it would be fixed the next day.I eventually got into the bathroom myself. Apin checkout they tried to charge me too much. Aviod this place as it is not what it seems.

The hotel is a little run down and average, but you get clean sheets on your bed each day and we got what we paid for, so can’t complain. It’s central to everything in Legian. The only negative for this hotel would be the wi-fi dropping in and out, the flooding during rainy season, and the staff. Certain staff are attentive and friendly but the majority will ignore you and sit around laughing and talking at the top of their voice, most of the time close to your room, especially when you like to have a sleep in after 8. So forget the sleep factor after a late night.

Great position close to markets, bars etc.
This hotel is in a great area close to markets, bars and restaurants. We found the cleanliness could be improved especially in the bathroom. The bed is extremely firm and we didn't quite get used to sleeping on it. We had breakfast once at the hotel which is very basic.

Probably not worth the money
For $55 a night not worth it. You can stay at a budget hotel and get more than here. No phone in rooms, we stayed in their newest rooms. No safe no kettle, and don't bother paying for breakfast. In saying that the grounds and pool down back is beautiful

Old hotel in need of Proper maintenance
First off day of arrival - no cold running water so no taps/ shower or flushing toilet for our 2 rooms. Fixed quickly so that’s ok. Two days later water goes off again during the night, only realising this when we try flushing the toilet.... you can imagine. We get keys to an empty room for use of the shower that morning but tell them if it’s not fixed on our return we want to move rooms. Staff get it fixed that day apparently with a new part. However, the A/C in our kids room has started leaking over their floor so they move down a room anyway. Final night of 8 and yep, water goes off again just before going out for the evening. We get keys to rooms downstairs to sleep in because by this time i’ve really had enough. On our return we’re told it’s fixed so we sleep in our own rooms, and yep you guessed it, during the night it’s off again . By this time we’ve also realised that our rooms just happen to be the oldest, crappiest rooms in the place. Go to pay the bill on departure and look for some compensation to be told the manager isn’t in and there’s nothing they can do.... fair enough the staff were really nice and only doing their jobs. Warned them that this review wouldn’t be pretty, went to our rooms to get cases and took a drink from the fridge coz the bill was paid and I couldn’t care less by now. on return to the reception got asked to pay for the drink where I then told them the manager could bill me..... or words to that effect. Nice staff - won’t be back

The hotel was nice and looked like a Bali Hotel
It was nice to stay at and very casual. I would stay there again but in a bigger room. Staff were really friendly but do not give out your room number as I had someone book up on my tab which they wrote off when I explained the situation. Close to everything you could need to do.
