Good place to stay in Legian

Mother and adult daughter stayed here for 10 days. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed the pool, good sized rooms, furnishings were a bit dated. Restuarant was great. Easy to book and great food

Booked total 6 units for 5 nights for 21 pax for family wedding. Caught 4 rats in 1 room on day 1. Housekeeping laid traps & poison around which stank room. Traps caught lizards but hsekeeping failed to clean daily. Rats lived in roof areas squeaking at nite. Found dirt & ketchup package under sofa. Stale rotting food found in kettle. I asked for refund on day 2 of our stay for only the rat infested room (not all rooms) & manager Stephanie said it was no issue for refund & to put our request thro booking app which is the right procedure in order to process the refund. But she didnt respond to affirm the refund until after our stay was over n checked out then said it was declined. So she lied, knowing we had a busy wedding holiday schedule for a big group & difficult to move to another place on shoet notice. But worst of all, it is bad unethics to lie. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. Poor show of integrity.

笑顔で対応してくれて基本的に気持ちよく過ごせました。 ただ、朝御飯が付いていたのですが、スタッフ間で言っていることが変わったりして、７時に部屋に用意すると言ってくれてたのに翌朝は、朝御飯付いていないと言われたり７時に調理スタッフが来るのに７時に持っていけるわけないでしょうと言われたり…コロコロ話が変わっていました。 朝食は７時から１０時の説明を受けていたし、メニュー表にも書いてありました。 そこは統一してほしいと感じました。

Excellent service

The hotel was located very centrally...could walk to grocery, atm restaurants and spa. Staff was amazing and rooms were comfortably with good WiFi....definitely recommend!

家族４人で２ベットルームでしたが、一部屋がシングルベッドです。大人４人では無理です。建物は、かなりの老朽化が、進んでます。スプレーカンを床に置くと、転がるほどななめってます。 移動は、車かバイクが必要！！ビジネスマン向きかな？

Nice Hotel Close walking distance to the 3D Museum

The hotel is not flash (exterior) as the photographs (be warned) but if you're looking for spacious and comfy rooms this is your best bet for prize and location. Ideal for families I reakon or group travellers.

BETWEEN KUTA AND SEMINYAK

Surrounding sidewalking is not suitable for kids but with car or scooter you can easly go to popular places . Friendly stuff and helpfull shuttle service .

Amazing Staff but hotel in need of some minor TLC

Staff where amazing the entire time during the trip however the room (404) has several small maintenance issue that need attention however nothing that will effect your stay greatly. Staff suprised us with a birthday cake on my birthday :)

Great hotel, apartment was clean and comfortable, staff excellant and helpful, breakfast was excellant and very filling, about 20 min to walk to anywhere central so if you want to be close to beach not the place to stay but great if you want to experience holiday away from tourists

The 3 bedroom apartment was a good size for my family of 5. We had a few problems over our stay and the staff fixed them very quickly. Breakfast was fabulous which was included in the very cheap price. The pool area was beautiful and hardly anyone was ever in it. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Deserves more than 3 stars

I travelled around Bali and this was by far my favourite. The location wasn't amazing (not terrible though), but the staff were friendly and helpful! The room was clean on arrival and the cleaner would ask us if he could clean each day. Breakfast wasn't a buffet as advertised, but we did get one meal from their breakfast menu as well as a bread/pastry basket, fruit, coffee and juice! My only negative feedback was the advertosement for the free shuttle; there always seemed to be a new excuse as to why there was no shuttle running. I had to be quite persistent to finally get a free shuttle into Kuta (must find own way back). This aside, the hotel is wonderful and you will feel safe and comfortably accommodated at Sara!

Friendly staff and good location....

Outsourced laundry service has individual pricing, not charged by kilo. Wet hand-washed smalls had brown stains from laundry rack, which needs painting. No a/c in Dining Rm for b/fst, so ate and ran.....
