Perfectly located and fantastic facilities at the resort. The resort and resort staff were lovely. The Club Bali apartments however I would not stay again. The whole time the air conditioner leaked, literally water all over the tiled floor, had to keep putting towels down on the floor, told them a few times and never fixed. It says there’s house keeping daily and 24 hour reception. When actually house keeping was every second day, one day we got back and didn’t have towels, when asked they said they were still washing them. Had to use half of them to clean up the floor. Reception was only open 9-10. Not a big deal but shouldn’t advertise it everywhere if it’s not true. The biggest annoyance was the fact that I had arranged late check out before we arrived, all in writing and they confirmed how much it would cost ($40) on the last day I got multiple phone calls and texts and people coming up to me saying I was late to checkout. Even the cleaners. I showed them the proof I had a late checkout till 6pm. Then even after that they said yeah ok $50 extra. I told them no I had already arranged it and it was $40. To that I was told oh special price for you. No that’s the price you gave. Even at 4.30pm staff were asking my daughter when we would be checking out!! Unbelievable! Went and checked out at 5pm and within 30min I was getting phone calls wanting money even though they had my card details. Now I need to make sure they don’t take more than $40. Next time we will stay elsewhere

Recently stayed here with my two young daughters. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. Was quite an outdated room but my god it was worth it. It was cleaned every second day + staff & management just went above and beyond to cater our needs. Manager even taking me to and from dentist appointments no money asked for! With the use of jayakarta resort amenities such as breakfast and kids swimming pools ect. I would definitely stay here again! Affordable and amazing thank you club Bali

Our son was seriously injured at this hotel due to negligence by the staff. DO NOT STAY HERE. The property is extremely run down and not taken care of. There was a rat in the roof, it was mold and bug infested, and the air conditioners leaked water creating puddles on the slippery tile floor. Maintenance came and 'fixed' the AC. But the issue kept occurring. Our son ended up falling and hitting his head so hard we had to take him to the hospital for a CT scan of his head. The manager did not care. We finally got him to agree to cover the hospital bill as our son was injured so to property negligence. Since we left, he has avoided our phone calls and pretends there is no manager. This place does not care about the safety of their guests and families. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location and shared facilities of the Jayakarta Hotel that you have access to are good, however the state of the two bedroom suites was very disappointing. Heavy mold smell with black mold throughout the air conditioners which look like they hadn’t been cleaned in years to the worn and torn curtains and furniture. Overall I guess you get what you pay for.

This is part of the jayakarta hotel property. The club Bali family suites is a little run down and old… and in need of a refresh/redecorating/renovation. But if you are out of the room most of the time enjoying other activities in Bali… it won’t matter too much. Staff do try their best. Seems like they also know the place badly needs a refresh

When we first arrived we thought that we had been conned.. the property actually sits inside another beautiful resort which is what is pictured, the property you are paying for is very old and run down looking. But we thought we wouldn’t be in the room much so it would be okay. We booked a family suite for 2 adults two children, one queen bed and a sofa bed, one tiny thin sheet for the main bed and the air conditioner was broken and stuck on 20 degrees which sounds great but it gets very cold over night. We asked for pillows and sheets for our kids We got one small decorative pillow and a thin blanket that was stiff with age and they claimed that’s all they had. And the lounge air con was also broken. 4 remotes in the room for two air cons and none actually controlled the units. We asked for more towels they were stained heavily. The bathroom has mould and the shower head is so built up with grime that the water can barely get through. This was all in the first hour. So we thought we would visit the beautiful pool, asked for pool towels and were again handed tomatoe sauce stained towels, and were told there was actually no pool on site and we could use the other resorts pool and facilities. We asked for blankets and pillows throughout the stay and were met with them not having enough. We got Bali belly and spent 12 hours listening to hammering on our wall whilst they renovated the room next to us. The resort that was pictured in the ad that we could use was beautiful.
