The room bed is not comfortable foe a couple to sleep as they are giving creepy sound of timber broken. Water leak from the bathroom to the floor. No bed tea available in the rooms.

The accommodation is in a great location. Only 10-15mins to kuta beach. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby.

Room was run down,neither bathroom or toilet door would close, bathroom scruffy,bath well past its use by date,stained and chipped,some dubious stains on walls of toilet and bathroom,toilet broke down several times and very difficult to flush,breakfast area stark,no full b/fast, only eggs @toast avail.[with some fruit and juice]. In general,cheap,yes,but very run down, no wall bracket for shower hose head,no shower curtain,floor always soaked.

Old style and in need of maintenance, so if it's your first time to Bali you may not like this hotel. However, for the price, location, breakfast, pool and friendly staff you can't go wrong. Yep the beds creak and the bathroom/toilets tend to leak, but that's all part of old style Bali

Bed sheets were stained and old Bed mattress and pillows old and stained Bed creaked with any movement Breakfast selection poor. ( egg and toast only Pool old and run down needs repair and clean.

beggars can't be chosers
I couldn't afford more than a 3 star rate, but this hotel is very tired and run down and more like 1 star. The sheets & towel had many holes. There was never any hot water, just luke warm sometimes. The staff were excellent and friendly; it's not their fault.

Very sad to say but this place BAD !!!
We first day Room 1 very unclean!!!! Moved to another room rain can though roof an down walls !!! Room 3 on same day rain still had to walk though water up to knees sheets only 3/4 on bed pillows color of coffee sheets grey !!! We stayed 4nights and could not do another day!!! Found out from locals that the place is condemd !!! So we are very upset about this !!!!!!!!!!!! Should not be on Expedia for us to stay at !!!!!

Not a good experience
This was our third stay at Balisani Padma, but this time we were very disappointed with the obvious lack of maintenance at the property. The bathrooms are in terrible condition and many of the buildings appear ready to fall down. The pool deck had rotting timber and holes in many areas. Breakfast was at best very ordinary compared to what it used to be. Linen & towels have seen better days We definitely will not be staying at Balisani Padma again.

Horrible hotel, rooms like a prison cell, no windows, doors wedged shut with a wedge of wood, pool a strange colour, left after the first night and didn't go back. Think Hotel Bastardos in Spain!

Nightmare, worst I've stayed in.
First room I was given had leaky taps, paper thin walls so could hear next room conversations, toilet didn't flush. Told room cleaner and he asked if I wanted to change rooms or change hotels! After 3 nights, air conditioner was so noisy I had to be moved (it even woke up neighbours when I turned it on). Second room just as old and run down, leaky fittings, lights not working properly, same ancient towels and bedding. Zero maintenance had been done for many years, rats seen 3 days out of the 5 I stayed. Ok, I booked because it was cheap, but never seen so bad.

It was a great budget hotel. Staff were very friendly and hotel was clean but old. The beds were very noisy, you could here everyone roll over in bed. Overall a nice hotel.

Friendly Balianese style hotel
I stay at the Balisani Padma because it is Bali. If I wanted to stay in a concrete box I would stay home. The staff are very helpful and Balinese.

First up there's no wifi or personal safe in room. Great swim up pool with staff serving until 22:30 each night. Knowledgeable reception staff on where, when and how. Motorbike rental.

What a perfect hotel with friendly staff, great atmosphere, pool bar and much relaxing. Loved everything only disadvantage in our room the wi-fi wasn't working very well. In any case I would definitely recommend!

Well priced stay
I stayed here several times coming and going from Denpassar and it is convenient comfortable, and well priced. Even though it is on a busy laneway it was quiet at night and the aircon worked very well.

friendly staff, swim up bar is nice, close to shopping, walking distance to Legian St and Y bar all within walking distance. For the price you pay to stay it's great value, the only disappointing things were the size of the bathroom and toilet (no room to move whatsoever)

Nic bali style hotel
This is not a white brick and tile antiseptic hotel. It is Bali and that experience. The aircon worked well, the hotel is reasonably close to the beach and the staff friendly

Great location with wonderful staff
The Balisani Padma is an authentic, well located, clean hotel with gorgeous, hardworking staff and great food. The rooms are old and run down and the facilities tired - you get what you pay for :-) (and the rates here are certainly cheap) but the linen is clean, the water works (just) and the air conditioning cool. Not for 'Princess' types but suited me (country Aussie chick) just fine and I enjoyed my stay. Walking distance to thousands of shops, the beach and great restaurants and I felt safe and secure here at night (travelling on my own). Would have been nice to meet a few more people around the beautiful pool but I guess everyone was busy doing other things as there is so much to do nearby. Great place, recommend it as an excellent central base in Legian.

What you see is not what you get
The photos on the website looked OK and the hotel was inexpensive but there were many things wrong with the hotel. The room was old, tired, dirty and small. Bathroom towels were old and threadbare, no English language TV channels, limited breakfast choices which were unappetising. Even though I paid in advance for 8 nights I left early without a refund to stay in a better hotel.

beautiful Balinese style hotel and grounds very pretty rooms.some parts abit outdated now TV very old no channels to watch but fridge free water daily cleaning etc.the pool was cloudy and dirty when we arrived mould all under the swim up bar area everyone complained eventually they did abit of work to clean it but still thick mould under the bar and rats under the decking.breakfast was basic but enough cheap drinks and massage around the pool and central to legian and beach kuta square and double 6 areas all easy walking distance overall for price was nice
