"The property was nice and was conveniently located by several eating options. There is a bodega on property with drinks, snacks, etc. However, they are a bit pricey. Check in and out were quick and easy. For the most part the staff was friendly and welcoming. We asked for a refrigerator that we didn’t receive. However, when my husband brought it to their attention, the front desk clerk offered to have it sent up right away. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would stay at the NYLO again. "

"Please was clean and quiet. During my check in the staff didn’t greet us, didn’t say hello can I help you or anything. If he didn’t it was so low I didn’t hear him. During the check in process he talked so low I could barely make out what he was saying. Breakfast could have been much better. I didn’t eat."
