「the shuttle was great to have but sometimes there was long wait time for shuttle to show up. the doorman, Erwin, He is very friendly and helpful during our stay. The sad part was that I had 2 roachs in the bathroom.」

「Staff was friendly and pool beach areas wonderful. The big miss is the under staffed restaurants. The person greeting you at the desk was the same person bringing water, drinks, taking food order, delivering food, cleaning tables and setting up tables. Staff was working hard but long waits and good food was only warm.」

When we complained, the manager told us this was an Expedia description issue and explained that the hotel has both “ocean view” and “oceanfront” rooms. However, the photos shown for the ocean-view room were misleading and did not match what we actually received. Expedia was also very unhelpful with our complaint and did not respond...
