"Most staff were friendly and helpful. There was a staff member that was not very friendly or helpful. We had to move rooms and after moving rooms the new room didn't have a remote. When we went to ask for a remote the lady said she didn't have any remotes and didn't seem to want to help figure out how to get a remote. Also if you want stuff to drink get it somewhere other than the hotel because bottles of water are $4"

"Asked for housekeeping to refresh room. Came back 6 hours later and it wasn’t cleaned. Front desk didn’t explain hotel amenities etc at checkin like other hotels do. They were rushing us even though there wasn’t a line waiting. "

"I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available."

"This entire property seemed to be in massive disrepair. The entire place reeked of marijuana, the ceiling tiles down the hallways were missing chunks and wires were hanging out, all of the walls and doors had scuff marks and chunks missing out of them. The bathroom in our room had massive holes both in the wall, and in the shower, there was unidentified brown stains over the walls, dead flies on the floor, crumbs in the bed, water damage all over the floors and dried gum stuck to the floor. The continental breakfast was only comprised of cereal, toast and waffles - very disappointing. We were not impressed with our stay at all and won’t be staying again. "

"The property was very clean and comfortable. There was a loud noise that was banging periodically through the night that made it hard to sleep. However, the winds were blowing at 50 mile an hour plus so I am sure that that had something to do with it. I didn’t realize there was no parking other than the parking garage that is attached to the hotel and they don’t tell you until you check in that. It is $30 to park there each day. All in all, I would stay there again however if there is a another hotel that is in the same vicinity with free parking, I would probably choose that hotel over this one."

"since it was winter the pool was closed there is a weird smell in the lobby and in the hallways that was offputting I like the overall design of the room and lobby have a clean modern feel but the sheets and bedding felt cheap and uncomfortable and there wasnt a warm comforter so i was cold at night. when i arrived the AC was blasting at 62 degrees and it was 25 degrees outside so the room was freezing. I had to put the thermostat up to 78 but it never really got all the way warm. no one is at the front door to help you with your bags going in or out of cars. they just ignore you. front desk and resteraunt had friendly welcoming staff. "
