The Milner York
Our stay overall was lovely albeit at the start we had no wifi, couldnt get tv channels and had to move rooms late at night due to water dripping through the ceiling. We rang to reception at each time and staff were fab! Especially Lisa, she went above and beyond! Lovely hotel

The Queens Hotel
I do not dislike pets but I do object to dogs under the tables in the restaurant. My friend is allergic and we had to move tables due to this situation arising. It’s unacceptable! Also breakfast was served 7.30-9.30 but at 9.25 everything was being cleaned away and some guests arriving at this time ...

Hilton York
We stayed at the Hilton York several occasions but this time was different. We haven't been since the refurbishment. The receptionist was very polite. The rooms were immaculate and the food was incredible. In fact next time we go will be eating dinner at the hotel overall five star.

The Grand, York
The best part for me was having a Christmas tree in our room, absolutely perfect!!!! Loved it!
