「The check in was quick and staff were friendly snd efficient. Room clean and ready when we arrived.」

「We were not happy about the cleanliness of the room as housekeeping left a dirty towel in the bathroom and when we went up to the front desk they told us they would take care of it right away. We went to a concert and came back to the same dirty towel being in our bathroom. Our room was never cleaned in between night stays and trash was overflowing in room( trash cans are tiny) Had to request clean towels from front desk as we had no maid service .
