「The property is poorly maintained. Trash everywhere. Ice machine is not functioning. Carpet in room was filthy. Rooms smell of mold. TV remote was sticky. Refrigerator didn't chill. Finally, be advised...they have a 48 hour check out rule if you are leaving the room early. Must notify them 2 days in advance of checking out if you want to cancel. Otherwise they keep your money. No exceptions. Won't go back.」

「The room was clean but the property definitely needs some updates. It is not the Days inn Windham I was expecting from that name on a hotel. There was stains on the carpet. One was red. The plumbing was kind of falling apart. Caulking needed to be redone. Paint was chipping in the bathroom and our door did not fully shut. I would not recommend.」
