"Was surprised by needing to pay for parking (just tell people to expect it...and you have to cross a street with your luggage, etc.) Check in and check out was not staffed well. Checking in there were three people at the desk but only one checking people in. The other two did not acknowledge any guests or the line forming at all. Assuming there were computer problems but at lesst look up and acknowledge it. Very cold. The one person checking people in, however, was working extremely hard and very pleasant!"

"Those toes as well located. The biggest issue is that the AC and heating units are extremely loud, to the point of making it difficult to sleep. I switched rooms three times until I found the best of the worst rooms. The manager duty was very kind and actually showed me six different rooms so we can see if we can find something tolerable. If you’re sensitive to noise, this is not the hotel for you. "

"I couldn’t get into my room at first and then I went down to the front desk, the person at the desk told me the door sticks so I have to wiggle the handle to even get it open. I had a question so I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work so I had to go down to the desk again to ask the question "

"The staff were very friendly. Grandson enjoyed the pool however definite signs of wear and tear. Hot tub was lukewarm. Buffet breakfast was mediocre."
