「Cleaners really helpeful, let me check my bags in early in order to attend a wedding a few miles away. Would love to stay a little longer next time. Also breakfast in the cafe was excellent. Thanks for the stay」

「For someone who doesn't drive, this is a perfect spot, 10mins walk from train station, and local village, bus right outside property going to whitby and the moors. Accommodation itself perfect, everything you need and the hot tub was a bonus, very quiet area」

「Had a lovely bank holiday stay at the cottage. Kids loved the working farm and seeing the animals. Charlotte gave a nice tour, explaining the farm's operations. Would recommend to family and friends.」

「The rooms was clean and everything was presented lovely. The hot tube was nice and clean too. Communication was excellent with the staff and very well communicated. Understanding on my ASD and my sisters ADHD which was very nice」

「Place is very close to the train station and right inside one of the gates of the York city walls. My only complaint is that we booked the hotel choosing the “pay at hotel” option as we are travelling as a group of friends but one person was doing all the booking, but they charged us on the reservation credit card before we arrived, rendering that option completely meaningless to us.」

「Big, clean room that was everything I needed for three nights in York. Was able to store my luggage after check-out. Smooth stay :)」
