「Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken 」

I'd rather be told that there is no wifi provided at the property so that I can plan accordingly. Staff at the beach we found to be on the rude side.
